SplitBillKu is a static calculator that runs entirely in your browser. There is no account to create and no server storing your bill.

In short, we do not collect any data about you — the numbers, names, and items you enter never reach us.

So your results do not vanish when the tab closes, the site keeps a little data in your browser's local storage:

• Bill details — names, item lines, and amounts — in local storage under the key splitbillku:v1.
• Your dark or light theme preference in local storage under the key splitbillku:theme.
• No tracking cookies, no session tokens, and no user identifiers.

You can clear all of it at any time from your browser settings, or with the Restart button in the calculator.

We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. There is no sign-up form, no sign-in button, and no profile for us to read.

The site also has no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics, so your visit history is never stored on our side.

The page is hosted as a static site on Cloudflare Pages, and the Geist fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Both run their own infrastructure under their own privacy policies.

The important part: your bill data does not travel there — the math happens in your browser, not on our servers.

This policy may be updated if the way the site works changes. The latest update date will always be written on this page.
